Facturation au taux horaire :<\/h3>\n

Lorsqu’il n’est pas possible d’\u00e9tablir un devis forfaitaire, c’est-\u00e0-dire dans les affaires o\u00f9 le temps n\u00e9cessaire pour effectuer les consultations ou les actes de proc\u00e9dure n’est pas pr\u00e9visible, une facturation au temps pass\u00e9 sera utilis\u00e9e en fonction du tarif horaire pratiqu\u00e9 par le cabinet.<\/p>\n

La taux pratiqu\u00e9 est de 200\u20ac hors taxes et hors frais.<\/p>\n

Facturation forfaitis\u00e9e :<\/h3>\n

Lors de l’ouverture du dossier, il est pr\u00e9vu un temps forfaitis\u00e9 pour chaque \u00e9tape des consultations ou actes de proc\u00e9dure. Les prestations sont factur\u00e9es au fur et \u00e0 mesure de l’\u00e9tat d’avancement de l’affaire et font l’objet d’une demande de provisions.<\/p>\n

Dans certains cas, une partie de la facturation des hoaraires peut \u00eatre li\u00e9e \u00e0 l’aboutissement de proc\u00e9dure ou \u00e0 l’obtention d’une indmenisation. Dans cette hypoth\u00e8se, un horaire de r\u00e9sultat forfaitis\u00e9 sera factur\u00e9.<\/p>\n
